The Fyffe Centre, Lowestoft – 27 unit open access supported accommodation scheme for single homeless people.

Phoenix House, Lowestoft - 21 unit supported accommodation scheme, with crash pad facility, for young single homeless aged 16-25.

Bostock House, Lowestoft - 15 unit self-contained accommodation used as a semi-independent house working towards resttlement in the community.

Haven Court, Lowestoft -12 unit supported accommodation scheme for young single mothers and babies.

Admiralty Terrace, Great Yarmouth - 6 bed unit for Prolific and other Priority Offenders; This project closed 31 October 2016.

Bridge View, Lowestoft – information, advice and guidance centre

The Anchor, Lowestoft - a clinical health and wellbeing service that includes specialist Dual Diagnosis provision

John Room House, Thetford - 10 unit self-contained supported accommodations scheme with 12 move on flats also on site.

The Work Space - tailored support for adults looking for employment or training and related support.

Sams and Enterprise Lounge, Lowestoft - Social Enterprise initiative that offers employment, education and training for young people as well as youth club services, mindfulness and conference facilities for local business

Denmark House, Lowestoft - 8 unit supported housing scheme for people aged 55 years and over.

The Globe, Lowestoft - An initiative aimed at delivering educational and social opportunities for young people – this was relocated to Sams in September of this year

Beaconsfield House, Lowestoft - 24 self-contained units for 18 to 24 years of age.

Stowmarket Young Peoples Service - 13 unit supported accommodation scheme. From 1 April 2016.
